Shipping Information

Update (13 Jan 2021): As COVID-19 measures are still in force across Europe and carriers continue to take a longer time to process shipments due to the recent holiday surge and Brexit border controls, customers should expect delays. It may take 3 or more days for orders to be processed for shipping and the tracking to be issued. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience during these challenging times.

Update (6 Jan 2021): We would like to advise our UK customers that shipping to the UK has been reinstated and orders can now be placed on the website. 

Regular processing time*

Most orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays after they have been confirmed. Orders confirmed on Fridays are processed on the following Monday or next working day.

Orders that are still being processed have not been shipped.

Shipments are sent via Standard service which uses a distribution network that includes the local postal service in the destination country.

Germany: 2 - 5 working days
Rest of Europe: 3 - 7 working days

Due to the recent holiday surge in volume and cumulative impact of COVID-19 on logistics, orders may take 3 days or more to be processed before they are shipped. Customers can expect longer delivery time frames. Customs and Duties Charges

International orders MAY be subject to local charges.

Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Because of this, VR Cover unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as we cannot mark your orders as a gift to bypass customs.


Once your order has been sent, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page. Further tracking information may be available on the website of the local postal service.

For example, if ordering to the UK, after the package has passed through customs, you may find more detailed tracking updates on the Royal Mail website.


Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase of your intent to return. You can submit your request using our contact form. Kindly include your order number and the reason for returning the product. 

The refund will be processed when we receive the item. Return shipping fees are not refunded. As we are selling hygiene products, we are unable accept returns and exchanges if the package has been opened.

Only items that have been purchased directly through can be returned. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for purchases through other outlets e.g. Amazon. 

If your package is being returned to us because you gave us an incorrect address, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping and any other related costs incurred in the process of the package being returned to us.

Please note, if your package is returned to us because the customs bill was not paid or your package was not collected, we will not be able to issue a refund.
