Order Processing and Shipping Update

29 April 2021

Customers are advised to try the alternative link with the tracking number if available or to check back the carrier's website again in the next few days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

27 April 2021

We have received information from our fulfilment partner that outbound shipments are taking longer to be processed due to a shortage of international flights and stricter lockdown rules in Germany. Your order will still be fulfilled and dispatched to the first-mile carrier, Deutsche Post, within the processing time frame advised below. However, while the average shipping time is currently at 2.5 weeks for most orders, it may take 10 - 14 days before packages depart for the destination country from the carrier's logistics facility. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope to have your understanding during these challenging times.

12 March 2021

Increased customs checks post-Brexit have impacted the carrier's network and flow of shipments into the UK. As we are currently seeing longer transit times, from the date of the initial dispatch to the delivery date, we are advising UK customers that it may take 2 - 3 weeks for orders to be delivered.

9 March 2021

Due to the cumulative impact of COVID-19 on logistics, orders may take 3 days or more to be processed before they are shipped. Customers can expect longer delivery time frames of 2 - 3 weeks or more.
