7 March 2023 - Shipping delay (France)
We are advising our customers in France of possible delivery delays due to a planned general strike that is scheduled to take place on 7 March 2023. Please note that it may take 14 days or more for your order to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time.

One of our fulfilment centres is currently receiving a higher volume of orders than usual. They are working hard to clear the backlog and it may take up to 3 working days to have your order processed and dispatched from the warehouse. You will receive a tracking link via email once it is available. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
1 August 2022 - New shipping rate to the UK
With effect from 1 August 2022, the shipping fee for orders to the UK is €14.00. The increase in the rate is due to the rising cost of cross-border shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Order fulfilment time frames
Orders are normally ready for dispatch within one working day of them being placed, with the majority of them processed before noon (CET), Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take slightly longer. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to complete and dispatch your order promptly.
Most orders that are received on Friday will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day.
Regular shipping times*
7 - 14 working days
While most orders are shipped from Germany, we sometimes have to dispatch orders from our fulfilment centre in Thailand if the products are exclusive to that location. These orders will have a slightly longer delivery time than what is indicated above.
The advised time scales can also be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. If you need your products in a hurry or have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us after having a read through the information on this page.
Customs and Duties Charges
International orders MAY be subject to local charges.
Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Because of this, VR Cover unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as we cannot mark your orders as a gift to bypass customs.
If additional fees apply for your package, they are usually collected by your local postal service provider, so check their tracking page or contact them directly for advice on payment. Beware of phishing scams that claim to be the postal service asking for payment.

We will send you emails to confirm your order and notify you when your order has shipped.

|Shipping Notification with Tracking Information||
When the package has been dispatched to the carrier, you will receive an automated notification containing the tracking number and link. This notification is normally emailed within 2 working days of the order being placed.
Different carriers are used for the first and last mile delivery. The initial shipping information for your tracking number is shown on the websites of the carriers such as Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD, GLS and Hermes.
If your order was dispatched from Thailand, the shipping confirmation email will contain a link to AfterShip where you can track the delivery.
Deutsche Post DHL updates: What they mean
On the tracking number: These item numbers do not correspond to any of DHL Parcel’s valid item search formats.
OrThe posting of the item was announced to Deutsche Post by the customer on (DD.MM.YYYY).
|While the carrier has collected the package, the information has not been uploaded onto their tracking page. It can take an additional 2 - 3 working days for an update to be displayed.|
The shipment was sent from the country of dispatch.
OrThe item was handed over to the International Logistics Center on (DD.MM.YYYY) to be forwarded to the country of destination. Further information is also provided by the website of the country of destination.
|The package has departed for the destination country. The local postal tracking link may be given in the tracking history on the page.|
|Delivery was not possible. The recipient will get a notification with information on where the shipment item will be available for collection.||The package will be left at the nearest post office branch or service point for collection. If there is no notification in the mailbox, contact your post office with the tracking number for more information.|
|The shipment item has been delivered to a service point.||Your package is ready for collection. You can look up the address of the service point on the local postal service website using the tracking number or contact their customer service.|
